Therapy: A bold step inward
Life looks a little different for everyone. For no one is it easy. We encounter challenges — in the world and in ourselves — and face them as well as we know how. We carry pain, often invisibly. We press on in spite of the doubts we feel about ourselves, our relationships, and our place in this universe.
The way I see it, none of us are meant to do all of this alone.
To engage in the process of therapy is to take a bold step inward, not knowing what waits in the dark. When taken with courage and openness, this step can lead toward some truly marvelous things — growth, healing, acceptance, and the person one is destined to become.
If we work together, I can be your guide on this journey into yourself, to uncover the treasures hidden within. Using the tools of my training, we’ll lay a path of acceptance and curiosity. As you make discoveries on that path, I’ll be at your side, asking helpful questions and reminding you that you aren’t alone.
